Keystone Center for Children with Autism, Inc. is a private, nonprofit educational center that serves children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. We meet year-round with holiday breaks and staff training dates (See the School Calendar for more details). Half-day and full-day programs are available depending on the age and need of the child. Initial assessments include the Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills—Revised (ABLLS-R). All intervention strategies utilize the research-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT), task analyses, and incidental teaching procedures in the natural environment. Data is collected to make program/intervention decisions on a daily basis. Children receive services with a 1:1 student-teacher ratio, with staff rotation to encourage generalization. Some short small group activities, with ratios between 1:2 and 2:4 are also included.
